It is set in a condominium with a garden and swimming pool. It has a living room with a sofa bed, TV and fireplace, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and electric kettle. Externally, it has a large terrace with a barbecue and furniture. It also has an iron, internet access (WiFi) and a hair dryer.Note:For stays longer than 28 nights, the total value of electricity, water and gas consumption included in the price is €150/month. Whenever, at the end of each month, the sum of these consumptions exceeds this value, the remainder will be the responsibility of the guest, and this amount will be charged at the end of each month.We also inform you of the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, instituted in the form of an overnight stay tax in all AL properties. The value of this tax is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old) at the unit value of €2.40 in the high season (1 May to 31 October) and €1.20 in the low season (1 November to 30 April). The payment of this tax is not included in the accommodation fee and must be paid in cash at check-in. The value of this tax is annually changed by the Mafra City Council, so changes to the presented values may occur.
