Santa Marta Vintage Design | Apartment in Lisbon Old Town, Portugal
Santa Marta Deluxe is a new refurbished apartment next to "Avenida da Liberdade", Lisbon's main avenue, and in one of the most noble areas of the city. This duplex apartment with an amazing balcony with a view over our city and designer decoration makes this apartment a very special place to stay either in family or in a group of friends. Just 2 minutes walking from Avenida da Liberdade and 5 minutes walking from Lisbon's downtown," Baixa-Chiado". The metro station is also 2 minutes walking from the apartment.
The apartment is fully furnished, decorated and equipped. The design and functional decoration gives the apartment a feeling of being at home. Kitchen and bathrooms are equipped with everything you might need. All linens and towels are provided as also amenities for the first day as shower gel, toilet paper and so on. Cable TV and Wi-Fi are available at the apartment for free.
Four bedrooms, with double bed, two single beds and a sofa bed gives the apartment the capacity for 12 people.
Check-in is made at the Welcome Center anytime between 15h and 20h.
Guests can storage luggage at the Welcome Center for free.

Please note that late check-ins are made directly at the apartment and have the following costs:
- Between 20h and 22h - 15€;
- After 22h - 30€
We also have a personalized transfer service that picks you up at the airport and takes you to the apartment only for 30€ (until 4 people). If you would like two ways transfer the cost is 55€. If you would like to book it please let me know!

At the check-out guests must leave the apartment in a reasonable state of cleanliness. Otherwise Homing Place reserves the right to charge an extra cleaning cost in the same amount as the reservation.
