It has a fully equipped kitched repaired for your daily meals, a bedroom with a nice doube bed and a bathroom with bathtub.
The living room as both dining and relaxation area with a SmartTV with 200 channels and High Speed Internet!
You will find an amazing balcony with a Tabe to enjoy the bautiful view over the Sea and the sunset everyday. There is a barbeque. There is parking outside, free of charge!
Just a few minutes from the Marina! charge, on both sides of the building. you also have a private parking space in the garage.
Besides the apartment you can enjoy the swimming pools, gardens, inside garage, playground for kids, mini golf and 24h security. Theres a restaurant and bar also on the building.
To access the condo of flats there a security gate, code will be provided to the guests.

All guests information must be provided according to SEF document that will be sent 24 hours prior to your check-in by your Host - This is mandatory
It's not allowed any extra guests as the ones provided in the booking.

Check in is possible between 15h00 and 20h00, after 20h00 will be charged €30. Check-out is from 8h00 to 11h00, after 11h00 will be charged €30.

The apartment Boiler is settled for up to 2 people. Shower and taps have hot water.
Water warms up very quickly but after 30 minutes the boiler will set off and it automatically sets itself on after one hour.
The pool schedule is between 9am to 9pm.
Any damage or missing items in the apartment, a fee will be charged, just enjoy the house wisely and if anything happens please let us know.
