Guests are required to inform the number of adults and children (and their ages) during the reservation process. This information can be added in the Special Requests box.Wifi available free of charge in common areas. In accommodation, we only guarantee it by renting a hotspot for €10.00/day and depositing €50.00 for the equipment.Please note that the restaurant and swimming pool are closed from 1st November until 31st March.- Please note that beverages are not included in half-board and full-board.- If you need an invoice with VAT, you must place the order informing the invoicing data (name, address and NIF).- From 01/04 to 31/10, cleaning will be done 3 times a week from Monday to Friday (except Holidays). Towels are changed once a week with a minimum of 4 days of stay and bed linen will be changed. From 01/11 to 31/03 cleaning will be carried out twice a week.- Pets, whenever housed in their own cage will not have any additional cost. Dog, cat or any other free in the accommodation will always be charged an amount according to size and season, with a maximum of 2 pets per apartment. You should always request availability.A tourist tax applies per day, per person of age 13 years old and above. Exemption may apply with proof.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Policy on additional beds for children
Guests 1 years and older are considered adults. There must be an extra bed for children in case the standard beds cannot accommodate them.
