Casa Rosa is a fabulous 3-bedroom villa with private pool located on a hillside just a 10 minute drive from the historic town of Lagos with its bustling Marina, and fabulous beaches. The property is within a small hill top urbanisation with far reaching views across the countryside towards Lagos.
Accessed through a gated entrance with parking for 2-3 cars the accommodation is spread over 2-floors. On the ground floor there is the kitchen, lounge / dining room and master bedroom (bed 180 by 200 cm) with ensuite walk-in shower, all with access to the garden or shaded terrace. A separate WC is also found on the ground floor.
There are two more spacious bedrooms on the first floor, a double (bed 180 by 200 cm) and a twin bedroom, both with access to a shared balcony. The house bathroom (with shower fitment ) is also located on this floor.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with all modern conveniences including dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, etc. with direct access to the outside dining area.
The lounge is comfortably furnished and leads directly out through patio doors, to the shaded dining terrace, extensive garden and pool area.
In the lounge area, you can put yourself at the centre of shows, films and games with the use of the SONOS bar, available for all guests, which creates an impressive sense of spaciousness. When the TV is off, stream music and more from all your favourite services.
There are steps leading from the terrace to the pool area with ample space for sun loungers and a second seating area in the garden with brick built charcoal BBQ, great for dining al-fresco on summer evenings as the sunsets.
Air-conditioning is available in the lounge and each of the 3 bedrooms.

The villa is located near to Lagos town (approximately 10 minutes by car), and beaches such as the 5-km long 'Meia Praia' beach and the famous Praia do Dona Ana. Shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife all a short drive away. In addition, the dramatic scenery of the west coast is within easy reach by car.
The town of Lagos is full of character with its narrow streets and many restaurants serving fresh fish and other seafood. Children are welcome everywhere and there are many activities on offer for young and old, including dolphin watching and grotto trips, mountain biking & various water sports as well as a number of top-class golf courses (including Espiche, Palmares, Penina, and Boavista – all within 15-30 minutes drive from the villa). A little further afield (approximately a 30-40 minutes drive) are water parks and the very popular 'Zoomarine'.
