Newly refurbished May 2024, Villas on the Gulf, offers everything you need to enjoy a quiet and relaxing getaway. The unit is conveniently located in the middle of the complex and overlooks the pool and clubhouse area from its balcony. Each day you can choose to stay inside, enjoy a balcony view of the pool or step to the beach (less than 50 yards walk through the Villas property) or to the trolley stop conveniently located at the property entrance.
The unit is a fresh and beautifully decorated 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo which sleeps up to 4 people, using the bunk beds located off the main common area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for an extended stay. The living room has comfortable furnishings and a flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors from the living room lead to the balcony where you can relax and enjoy the view of the pool, club house and lagoon. The in-unit wireless internet assures all your guests can remain in contact with others as desired. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and flat screen TV. There is one full bath. A laundry facility is on-site in the complex, one building over.
The unit is on the lower level with open air parking for your vehicle. The lagoon is adjacent the building and is home to several ducks, occasional swans, turtles and other water loving birds. Children and adults alike enjoy feeding the ducks from the gazebo.
Guests are encouraged to make each day their own masterpiece and come visit one of the best unspoiled beaches in the USA!
The unit is a great place for families, friends, snowbirds, or a romantic getaway. Pets are NOT allowed in the unit. This is a SMOKE FREE rental unit, has a minimum age requirement of 25 years old for the tenant and he/she must physically occupy the premises for the full term of the reservation.
