Holiday Villa V4 located in Vale de Figueiras, 30 kms from Praia da Rocha in Portimão, 8 kms from Monchique village. Calm and privileged area. Endowed with a fantastic and unobstructed view of the Monchique mountain range. Villa with excellent areas, WI-FI and TV (MEO ADSL System), swimming pool and garden.

NOTE: Only 10 people are allowed (including adults, children, and babies).
- A deposit of EUR 1500 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a credit card payment, Revolut or advance bank transfer. The deposit refund will be made up to 3 days after check-out, after a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.
- Water, electricity, and gas consumption expenses (if applicable) are included within the normal parameters of a conscious use (60EUR for 30 days of reservation).
Meter readings are taken at entry and exit to determine consumption for the reservation period in question (whenever different from 30 days, the corresponding calculation is made).
Any consumption that exceeds the included value will have this excess to be settled by guests to Nuris2u, on the day before departure, in cash.
