- Guests hosting parties will be responsible for extra cleaning costs and may be asked to vacate the property immediately if neighbours are disturbed.
- For stays up to 3 months, a deposit of 1000 euros is required. For stays longer than 3 months, a deposit equivalent to one month's rent is required.
