Villa Orange Charm surrounded by lush vegetation, is a relaxed space of modern architecture, magnificent to enjoy, being the ideal refuge for those who want to have privacy and wake up to the sound of birds, looking for peace and well-being.
Villa Orange Charm, is the ideal epicenter to enjoy the beauty of Cascais Village, with its museums, marina and beaches; of Estoril, with its casino, golf courses and nightlife, and Sintra, with its Natural Park and its Castlles.
The name is inspired by the tonalities of the house and the garden and the fruit trees that exist in it. Surrounded by lush greenery of all kinds, the property will provide a relaxing and inspiring stay, both for the comfort of the rooms, for the spaciousness of the common areas, and for the use of the garden and the hot water pool.
Guests will have access to all areas of the house, except a private room office, and laudry. If the Guest needs laundry services we can anyway provide it.
The Guests are always welcomed by the hosts, a Portuguese couple, who lived several years abroad, having traveled intensely in those years, and who now provide their Guests with the best of their travels in terms of welcome and stay.
The Villa is situated in a very quiet neighborhood, with only villas and closed condominiums, 2 minutes from the motorway to Lisbon ( 25 minutes). Sintra Natural Park it's only at 6 minutes from here. And the main Sintra Palaces are at 15 minutes by car from here. Cascais train station is at 3 minutes from here, where you can easly park your car and pick a train directly to downtown Lisbon which takes about 35 minutes.
We have bicycles available and there is room to park four cars inside the property. However there is always space available to park outside the property. Lisbon airoport is at 30 minutes, and there are several options to get there ( train, bus, taxi, Uber etc.). The Cascais Village is well provided with private and public hospitals, great restaurants special for fish and sea food, supermarkets, shopping centers etc.
There are also several golf courses, the Estoril casino, hippodromes, and a set of radical or nature-related activities, the main ones being surfing and hiking.
Free Wi-Fi, both indoors, in the garden, and in the pool, allow's Guests to keep their contacts and autonomously search their interests, in addition to Nespresso coffee and tea available all the time. Free parking is also provided to Guest.
Daily cleaning will also be provided.

No smoking
No parties or events
Pets are allowed
General:
-Smoking is only allowed outdoors in the garden.
-Visitors are not allowed
-Please respect silence outdoors after 11pm.
-After 3am the garden watering will be automatically turned on.
Pets:
We allow 1 dog or cat to a 10Kg maximum, with an extra cost
Rooms:
-We provide daily cleaning during the working days, between 8:00am and 4:00pm
-We do not provide cleaning on Saturdays, Sundays and Portuguese public holidays. If you do request this service on these days this it will have an extra cost of 80€/ day.
-Is not allowed to bring food to the rooms.
-If you bring tea, coffee, or any other drink from the living room, or the kitchen to the bedroom, please use the trays available in the living room for that purpose.
- The house is prepared for 8-11 persons, considering that from the ninth person onwards there will be a cost of €150 per person/night
- Sheets changed every 5 days. Extra changing it will have a cost of 50€
- All rooms are provided with jacuzzi tub: -Please do not open the jacuzzi bathtub until the water completely covers the jet nozzles (this is particularly important!).
- Safe box in every room
Laundry:
- We provide laundry services, with an extra cost of 3,0€ per piece. So, laundry cannot be used directly by Guests.
- Extra cost for ironing of 0,75€/piece
Safety & Security:
-This house has the Clean & Safe certificate from Portuguese Tourism authorities. This means that we follow a strict protocol of Cleaning and security, according with the new worldwide public health concerns.
-All emergency numbers are next to the entrance of the Guesthouse.
Ping Pong Table:
After using the ping-pong table, which is in the garden, please close it again and cover it so that it does not get caught in the irrigation water during the night.
Self-Service Bar/ Honesty Bar:
-Honesty bar with drinks is available. Any drink taken from the bar will be added onto the room tariff.
-If you take a drink from the bar, please write your name, date, and the drink you take in the notebook available for it.
Events:
-Are not allowed
Meals:
Please do not use the table in the living room for meals. Please use the kitchen table or one of the 6 tables existent outdoors.
Pool:
-The heated pool will be open between April and October. Between November and Marsh, the heated will be switch off. If A Guest requires the pool heated between November and March it will have an extra cost of 250€.
-The pool must be kept with the cover closed to maintain the temperature and protect it from rubbish. Whenever you open the pool, please close it after using it.
- Each Guest per room has one towel per stay, to use at the pool.
- Pool measurements - 10x5m (1,5 depth)
-All the extra costs will be payed on site
Check In: After 4 pm;
Check Out: The guests are kindly asked to check-out by 10:30 am.

Surveillance or recording devices on property - Cctv outside the house to record 24 hours a day all the perimetre of the exterior of the house.
