For small purchases, there’s the Mini Mercado Algar, which is within walking distance. For larger purchases, supermarkets such as Inter Marche, Aldi, or Apolonia are 4–8 minutes away by car. Carvoeiro is a popular vacation destination, but it also offers plenty of peace and quiet. During the summer months, there are usually evening music events with a varied program right by the sea on the village square. From classical to jazz and pop, there’s something for everyone.
