Very nice modern and well-designed apartment of 74 m2 with an entrance hall, 2 large bedrooms including a master suite (overlooking the garden and swimming pool) with terrace (each with TV), a large bathroom with toilet (with washing machine), a beautiful living room (LCD TV) with fully equipped American kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine + coffee maker for instant coffee, kettle, hob, ...) with large terrace and garden furniture overlooking the pool and a community orchard with a barbecue area behind the pergola.
