Our new, comfortable and secure residence is less than a 10-minute walk from the Seixal River Embankment where you can catch the ferry on the Tagus River. It joins the center of Lisbon in 16 minutes to Cais do Sodré, multimodal station: metro, tram (to visit the tower of Belém or the Jerónimos Monastery), train station (towards the large beaches of Cascais by example), bus, taxis, ferry, all within walking distance of the historic city center.
We offer a large luxury apartment of 104 sqm for 6 people on the top floor of a new residence, with two large terraces duplex each with a superb view of Lisbon and the Tagus. You can eat on the first terrace of 15 m² on the 7th floor and / or relax on the second floor of 34 m² on the 8th and last floor thanks to its large corner sofa and sunbathing. Side apartment, a master suite with bed 180 x 200 cm, balcony 5 m² garden south and private bathroom. A second bedroom with a bed of 180 x 200 cm and a third with two beds of 100 x 200 cm, and a shower room. An umbrella bed and baby high chair can also be provided upon request. Sheets, bath towels and bathrobes will be provided for the duration of your stay. You will enjoy a large cozy living room including a TV with cable + satellite reception, DVD player, WiFi. The area is very well served by the A1 and A2 motorways, both to Lisbon and to the different beaches nearby (Costa da Caparica for example). The ferry is very convenient to get you quickly and inexpensively from your apartment to downtown Lisbon. In addition, you can easily reach the Cais do Sodré river terminal from Lisbon airport by taking the metro: "red line" to "Alameda" then "green" line to "Cais do Sodré". All you need to do is cross the Tagus River by ferry to Seixal.
Note: River Terraces is located in the quiet residential area "Quinta da Trindade" in Seixal, just across the Tagus from Lisbon. The Benfica training center is about 200 meters away. This is an entirely new residence.
