The living area in these apartments is open plan with a lovely fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, cooker, microwave and all modern appliances and utensils, there is a breakfast bar that separates the kitchen from the living area with seating for all the family and a dining area with a table and 4 chairs. The living room offers satellite TV, with some basic channels and a DVD player. The living area extends out onto the spacious balcony with outside furniture for some al-fresco dining and a built in BBQ.
These apartments are located on the ground floor with access directly out to the communal pool area, the private terraces of the apartments do have gates for child security preventing access to the pool without adult supervision. The centre of Lagos is only a few minutes away by car or about a 15 - 20 minute walk, there are a couple of great restaurants only a few minutes by foot from this lovely new complex.
Palmares, Boa Vista and Penina Golf Courses are a 10 to 20 minute drive away. For the children there are a variety of water parks and theme parks within a 30 minute drive.
