Casa Azul is located above the pool and offers privacy! Private terrace with hill views, 200 m² cypress garden and wood/gas barbecue. There is also garden furniture (table, chairs, couch, sun loungers) for your exclusive use. Through your own entrance from the carport you enter the casa with living room and dining area, 2 bedrooms, open kitchen and bathroom. The restoration of the casa has become a mixture of contemporary splendor and elements of fascinating tradition. As a result, the climate is always pleasant while protecting the climate and reducing the CO2 balance, as it is energy self-sufficient! In winter there is heating and a fireplace everywhere, as well as an infrared cabin as a highlight. German SAT-TV and 4G WLAN naturally included.

ENVIRONMENT
The quinta is located approx. 9 km between Silves and the small country town of São Bartolomeu de Messines. The 50,000 m² plot is situated on a hillside to the north-east of Silves. This quinta blends in beautifully with the surrounding hills and river landscape. 265 fruit trees! Here you can still find typical Portuguese flair without mass tourism. Silves, the former Moorish capital on the 2nd largest river in the Algarve, rises slowly from the riverbank up to the castle and the cathedral. Silves tells many stories from the Moorish era. The only complete castle in the Algarve can be admired here, as well as many regional cultural treasures in the museum, which are up to 5,000 years old. The surrounding area offers plenty of distractions, excellent beaches within 19 km and places of interest! Ideal for those who prefer a quiet location, contact with nature and still want to be a few kilometers from the beach and the hustle and bustle. The mild climate is ideal for sports. E-bike tours in the surrounding area, canoeing on the Arade, swimming in the large freshwater reservoir or a cool buggy tour.... The Via Algarviana - Station 10 hiking trail is also only 8 km away.
