This lovely apartment, registered with the Portuguese Tourist Board, is located on the award-winning Lagos Marina, enjoying the views of the beautiful gardens and pool within the complex. The large, very spacious balcony, with views over the marina itself, has a patio table and sun loungers for enjoying the sunshine and alfresco dining.
The apartment is furnished to a very high standard, with full air conditioning, which also provides heat in the cooler months. With 2 bedrooms, one having a lovely en suite bathroom.
The apartment is situated in a gated condominium, which has the exclusivity of a large swimming pool and separate children s pool, in beautifully maintained gardens.
Sun loungers are provided around the pool area free of charge for use by the guests. A small children s play area with swings, slide and climbing frame is also within the grounds.
The apartment is cleaned at the end of the first week and all linen changed for 2 week lets. Situated on the marina, enjoy the wide variety of restaurants and bars serving both local cuisine, Italian, Chinese and homemade dishes of the day.
