Located in a very quiet residential neighborhood, very close (15 minutes on foot) to the historic center of Cascais, and with free public parking, you couldn't choose a better place to enjoy your holidays or your business trip.
The apartment is located on the ground floor which is at the level of the 1st floor, as there are some steps to access the building from the street and a few more steps after entering the building to the apartment door. These are not difficult stairs for those with reduced mobility or baby carriages.
When you enter the apartment, a wide and bright hall area with a desk, connects the living room, the dining area and the kitchen. It is a large and open space, with a very comfortable leisure area with TV with international channels and a sofa bed that can accommodate two additional guests, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. It also has a balcony with outdoor furniture to enjoy an outdoor meal or simply relax. The kitchen is equipped with hob and oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, mixer.
On the other side of the house is the bedroom area. One of the bedrooms has a double bed (160x200) and has an en suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The other bedroom has two single beds (90x200), side by side. There is another complete bathroom with walk-in shower that supports this room.
There is also a drying rack, ironing board and iron, hairdryer.
Bed linen, towels, crockery and cutlery included.
The whole house has double glazing, air conditioning and electric shutters, and the internet connection is fiber.
The neighborhood where the apartment is located is very calm and friendly, there are cafes, restaurants, supermarket within a radius of 500 meters. The historic center of Cascais is 1km away, about 15 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by car. Parking in the area is public and free.
