The sandy beach entry is shallow water and perfect for kids and dogs to walk along. New pickleball court on side of home (14 ft wide). The end of the pier is deeper for boats to dock and fishermen to enjoy. Located in a residential neighborhood. Owners live upstairs in main home. Electric car charging station, 50 amp plug type (for additional RV guest). Convenient to Pensacola Beach, Perdido Key, Orange Beach, Gulf Shores, fresh fish markets, grocery stores and restaurants. Watch the Blue Angels fly overhead during weekly practices and visit the free Aviation museum nearby. Two kayaks are available for guests to use. Beach towels are not provided.
