Beautifully furnished Florida-style spacious, bright, and open living concept, pool home in the growing and popular deed restricted community of Rotonda Lakes where you can enjoy 5 golf courses, 2 walking/biking trails, and a community park with picnic pavilion, tennis courts, and playground.
This home affords plenty of privacy and lots of room for both you and your guests. Vaulted ceilings in the large living room, recessed lighting in the kitchen, and seamless glass windows overlooking the pool in your breakfast nook invite the light in. You’ll enjoy the seamless flow to the heated pool and lanai from the living room when entertaining guests and enjoy unwinding in the jetted spa at the end of the day. Meticulously maintained home with many recent updates including a new air conditioner and water heater installed in 2018, new refrigerator in 2017, new dishwasher and microwave in 2020, new range in 2021, and the pool cage was rescreened in 2020.
