The living room is on the 1st floor and here you can enjoy the morning coffee watching the early-morning surfers catching the first tide through the panorama windows, or walk out on the balcony to have a sundowner.
The spacey suite with king size bed and a large bathroom is next to the living room and offers ocean view and access to the balcony as well.
Another floor up, there's the attic, or attic, where the view is world-class from inside or outside. This room has a sofa-bed and can function as a fourth bedroom.
