The space is a fully renovated 1930s V4+1 house with 249m2 of internal area, divided into 3 floors and a 144m2 garden. It is located in downtown Porto, more specifically on Avenida Camilo, Bonfim. The upper floor has three bedrooms, one of which is a master suite with a 12m2 walk-in closet, interior balcony and full bathroom, and the other two are equipped with wardrobes and are served by a full bathroom. The intermediate floor has an office with a sofa bed and a living room, opening onto an exterior balcony with access to the garden. The lower floor has a bedroom, bathroom and dining room with direct access to the outside. The kitchen is American-style and fully equipped with the following appliances: induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, toaster, blender, kettle, and coffee machine. The garden has a barbecue, a dining area, and a landscaped area. It is located in downtown Porto: 200m from Campo 24 de Agosto Metro Station and 850m from Bolhão Market. It is an area very well served by public transportation. The History: A typical Porto house, built in 1935 by my great-grandfather for my grandmother, who wanted to personalize it so much that she had her initials inscribed on the facade. - IG. I have excellent memories of this house and this project served as an opportunity to give it a new life. The rehabilitation was therefore a meticulous process, where we tried to preserve as much as possible everything that is original in the house, keeping the memories alive and adding all the comforts of modern times.
