With a 40ft long balcony and doors / windows floor to ceiling throughout all rooms, this is an apartment that is bright, spacious and it provides excellent accommodation.
All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and drawers. Each room has air-conditioning, central vacuum, surround sound, electric shutters and patio doors to the terrace. There is a large table and chairs at the balcony.
The beach is at only 400 meters distance and alternative ways are available to get there. If you choose to go on foot is just a straight and flat line to follow. You can also choose to go to the other side where you can enjoy beautifull views and then, get the panoramic elevator to get to the beach.
It is located only two minutes from the friendly local market, shops and cafes.
Wi Fi is available at the Tourist Office just 300 meters from the flat as well as a quiet space to work, if needed.
The bathroom has a vertical hydro-jet shower and bath. The kitchen is integrated to the living room giving a very modern look and it is fully equipped.
There is a secure garden with heated pool which slopes at one end to give a shallow area for little ones, wooden sundecks to three sides, poolside WC / showers and play area for little ones on a rubberized surface.
Guests can use any area of the building including the pool, solar deck and one car garage.
A hostess will be available for your convenience as well as to handle the keys and help you with any other information you need at your arrival.
