We could even call it a dollhouse because it's tiny, cosy, and has fantastic light.
The living room features a comfortable sofa where you can relax, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. The area also features oversized windows that let in a lot of natural sunlight, brightening up the space and making it even more inviting.
It has two floors, and on the top is the living room, a small equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom with a washing machine.
Downstairs is the bedroom, a pleasant space with a double bed and drawers on the bed for clothes and suitcases. It comes with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.
The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Important note: The house is located in the area of the bars, which has a lot of nightlife, especially in July and August, when the bars are open, so there may be some noise.
Guests will have access to the entire home! There is a lot of parking and, on the street of the house itself, it is possible to park the car.
I live close by and am happy to help whenever I'm around, but when I'm not, there is a 24/7 on-call concierge service that can assist you any time of the day.
This property is ideally situated near the stunning Pedra da Bica beach. Guests can enjoy easy access to popular restaurants and bars, such as Costa Alentejana and Restaurante Odesos. The location of this accommodation makes it a great base for exploring the city and all it has to offer.

There is plenty of parking and you can park your car on the street outside the house itself.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
