The screened lanai and pool with sliders from the dining room and bedrooms is the perfect spot to unwind, entertain friends and family and enjoy the Florida weather. Open concept split floor plan with a relaxing and private Master suite featuring a walk-in closet, full-size adjustable Queen bed, remodeled en-suite bathroom with herringbone-tiled shower and direct pool access. The guest bedroom is furnished with a Queen size bed, desk and also has direct pool access. The third bedroom can double as a den/office and has a convertible futon sofa with desk and closet. Full size washer and dryer and generator in the 2-car garage for extra peace of mind. Up to 2 dogs allowed with owner approval, additional fee/deposit apply. No smoking. Rent includes all utilities, internet, lawn and pool care with a cap on electric for monthly rentals. 13% tourist tax on all rentals less than 6 months. Great location 25 minutes to Venice and Nokomis beaches, 25 minutes to downtown Punta Gorda, close to shopping, boating, I-75, and North Port’s Warm Mineral Springs.
