Casa da Burra is a rural house, built in basalt stone, in the 19th century, with typical architecture of the region. Recently restored, respecting the original design, maintaining some basaltic stone walls and the traditional wood oven. Attached to the house, there was a small Arribana "Casa da Burra" that served to keep animals and provide agricultural support, it is currently integrated into the house, having been transformed into a living room (hence the name of the house).
It is inserted in a small typical Azorean village, in São Pedro, Nordeste, São Miguel Açores, close to Serra da Tronqueira and Pico da vara.
