Positive: The house was almost perfect for our family stay with 2 little children. It was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped, everything worked as expected. Insulation is good, no noise and good temperature inside (this was in June, mind you). We chose Loriga because it was close to the Parque da Serra da Estrela, a short 20-minute drive, but we didn't expect it to be so gorgeous. The house is perfectly located inside the town, easy access in and out through the main road. There is a mini market and a coffee/snack shop right in front and the side of the property, very convenient. Oh and if you have an electric car there is a (slow) EV charger up the hill.

Negative: There isn't much to improve, especially considering the great price, but ideally the bedrooms would have blackout curtains, the sun woke everybody up in the morning. Also the pillows are OK but could be better, less lumpy.

Summary: Great family stay, good location
