Positive: very handy location for exploring Vila do Conde: restaurants, museums, shops, beach, etc. within easy walking distance. We were unlucky with the weather, it was cold and rained a lot, so we could not use the private patio. Perfect for the two nights we stayed (a couple), though. The air conditioning unit also helped to warm the place a little

Negative: The ground floor flat had a bit of a dark and slightly damp feeling but, as stated above, the weather did not help.
