Casa da Paz is a beautiful rural cottage resting on top of a South facing valley of Monchique. It was the pioneer in rural and eco tourism as the first accomodation of its kind in Monchique and possibly the Algarve, set up by the famous Authoress and Herbalist Zelia Sakai back in 1980.
Although now a private residence, the owners are renting a beautiful large 50sqm private room (Apartment) with elegant rustic features.
