Positive: The house is very classy and modern, with some lovely features. There are four bedrooms with onsuites (one single off the kitchen) and one bedroom with a bathroom outside the room. The beds were very comfortable and there is plenty of storage/cupboard space. There are 2 lounges with tvs and a little reading and games corner. The pool and outside living space was the main attraction to the house, and boasts a huge green garden space with plenty of seating and sofa space. The property overlooks a river and there is a white Sandy beach is about a 10 minute walk. There is a grocery store down the road and a little crepe hut across the street. We enjoyed Restaurante Avenida Praia very much during our stay and would recommend booking. Regina welcomed us with a tour of her beautiful property, and made us feel comfortable during our stay. She was very good at communicating with us throughout our week and replied to any questions promptly. We really appreciated the nice gestures she left for us to enjoy. I would recommend this holiday home for anyone wanting a relaxing and quiet week away with their family or friends.

Negative: The house does not have air conditioning but it did cool down in the evenings so it did not take away from us enjoying it.
