Positive: It was clean, adorable, had everything we needed to prepare meals. Owner was very friendly and promptly met us with the keys. We were a little worried before we arrived - it was so inexpensive that we thought it might not be very nice. But it was absolutely fantastic.

Negative: It was difficult to find. We eventually googled a church nearby (it was shown in the reservation) and then drove behind that to get to the airbnb. But 100% worth the search.

Summary: Absolutely lovely.
