Positive: Location , views, ambience, swimming pool amazing, house great for large family - very spacious and gracious in traditional style - great for a three generation family - good range of restaurants and bars available within driving distance, walks, quiet at night as very rural. Ponte de Lima a good day out, lots to do and good restaurants there and nearby. Elizabeth was a very kind and knowledgable host and recommended lots of suitable places to visit and eat ! She responded to any queries via WhatsApp. She speaks several languages so there were no communication problems, Farming community and wildlife all around. Children loved ping pong and pool and spacious areas to play.

Negative: Covid arrangements made initial catering arrangements up to us - outside the hosts control but she kindly bought us croissants and rolls the next morning!

Summary: Loved it ! A really relaxing holiday for all - we would return !!
