This two-story villa is decorated in vibrant colors and is located in a quiet area of the Praia d'el Rey Golf & Beach Resort, surrounded by other villas. Beautiful shrubs and landscaped vegetation surround the house, providing privacy while you enjoy the private swimming pool (8x4).
The bright living and dining room features two comfortable sofas and an armchair facing the television and fireplace, and a dining table for eight. Large French doors open directly onto the swimming pool, which can be heated for an additional cost. There is a patio with an outdoor dining table, perfect for a family meal by the pool, and several sun loungers for relaxing after a swim. Outside, you will also find a seating area and a ping-pong table.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, kettle and toaster.
Two of the four bedrooms are on the first floor, both with two single beds, and one of them has doors leading to the outdoor living area. Both bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower in the hallway. The two remaining bedrooms are on the first floor, both with double beds and en-suite bathrooms, as well as access to a private balcony with outdoor sofas.
