Set in a good sized plot with mature gardens, the villa has a pool which can be classed as gated as once in the villa there is a gate from terrace to the pool. Casa Trevo has great living areas, with an open plan dining area with sitting area, with music system and fireplace There is also a bright open lounge area with FTA Sat TV, a further fireplace. The property also has WiFi for clients use. Also on this Floor is a fully equipped Kitchen, also a WC.
Upstairs there are also two terraces areas, one accessed by the lounge and dining area, the other by the lounge and kitchen. The terrace from the Kitchen and lounge has access to the roof terrace with stunning sea views. The larger terrace has a gate to the pool area.
Downstairs has been refurbished in April 2012 and there are 3 twin bedrooms that can be put together as double bedrooms which share two shower rooms. The 4th bedroom has is own separate area that you can close off, offering a sitting area with FTA TV, patio doors to downstairs terrace and gardens, a shower room and a double bedroom.

## Neighborhood
Carvoeiro is a great place to discover the Algarve from, being located so central on the coastline. If you like golf, surfing, windsurfing, tennis and watersports, all is to be found closeby which makes the place very popular all year round. Not to forget the beautiful area of Serra de Monchique about 20km to the north, where you can get an unforgettable mountain biking experience.
There are thousands of unbelievable beaches of which some are even pretty much undiscovered and only accessible by boat. If you like fresh fish and seafood, here you are right at home with an infinite number of great restaurants all along the coast.
## Transit
From Faro airport you can get to the apartment in 50 minutes by car and 90 by public transport. There is public transport in the area. The beach is within walking distance.
The best way to travel the Algarvarian coast is by boat or car. If you really want to explore the area , a (rental) car will make your life a whole lot easier as public transport is limited but will also get you around. In Carvoeiro you don't need any special transportation. You can easily walk through the village.
