Welcome to this charming home in Irmo, SC. Upon parking in the driveway, you will enter the house through the front door of the home and see this beautiful space.

Living Room:
The living room has a sofa with two love seats available, offering plenty of seating for you and your guests. There is a 55” SmartTV. The sliding glass door and windows from the dining table area offer a ton of natural lighting, making this space feel warm and welcoming.

Kitchen:
This kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make a home cooked meal or for you to enjoy take out from a local restaurant. There is a Keurig with coffee available for you.

Dining Room:
The dining room table is located right off of the kitchen and the living room. There is seating for 4 available.

Primary Bedroom:
The primary bedroom is furnished with a beautiful king bed. This bed is made with clean, comfy sheets for you to get a good nights sleep. There is a walk-in closet for you to unpack your items, located right off of the ensuite bathroom. This bedroom is located upstairs.

Ensuite Bathroom:
The ensuite bathroom is located right off of the primary bedroom. There is a double vanity as well as plenty of cabinet space for you to put all your bathroom essentials. The shower/tub combo gives you a choice between taking a hot shower or a nice bath.

Bedroom 2:
Bedroom 2 is furnished with a queen size bed. There is a dresser available for storage, as well as a bed side table for your personal belongings. There is a SmartTV provided in this room. This room also has a private bathroom attached. This bedroom is located on the first floor.

Bathroom 2:
Bathroom 2 is located right off of bedroom 2. This bathroom has a single vanity with lots of counter space. The shower/tub combo offers them the same choice of shower or bath.

Bedroom 3:
Bedroom 3 is furnished with a twin day bed. There is a wicker dresser in here for more storage space. The large window offers lots of natural light making this room feel big and open. This bedroom also has a SmartTV mounted so everyone has their own space to watch what they please. This bedroom is on the first floor.

Bathroom 3:
Bathroom 3 has a single vanity with cabinets underneath for personal belongings. There is a shower/tub combo, perfect for the little ones who may prefer taking a bath over a shower. This bathroom is located in the hallway on the first floor.

Laundry Room:
The laundry room is stocked with a washer and dryer for you to use. It has cleaning products available, as well as an iron and ironing board.

Backyard:
This backyard space is one where you can make lots of memories with your guests and offers you a nice place to unwind. There is a screened-in porch with outdoor furniture for you to be able to enjoy the beautiful South Carolina weather without being directly in the sun. The backyard is fully fenced in with grass for you or your pets to enjoy!

The maximum occupancy that is shown in the listing includes any and all visitors that will be at the home. Over-occupancy or unauthorized events will result in IMMEDIATE eviction without refund. Any guest who refuses to vacate when instructed will be treated as a trespasser.

No parties, events, or gatherings over the listed occupancy are allowed under any circumstances. Bookings made under false pretenses will be denied access with no refund.

While we ask a series of screening questions to all guests, local guests are subject to additional screening steps, including a phone call. We reserve the right to cancel any guest reservations at our discretion.

Quiet hours are from 10PM until 8AM every day of the week. We have zero tolerance for noise complaints and multiple violations will result in immediate eviction without refund.

No smoking or vaping inside of the home under any circumstances. You will incur an additional fee of $500 if you smoke within the home + the cost of any damages. If you smoke outdoors you must dispose of any debris safely, do not discard anything in the yard or patio.

No illegal substances or activities on the premises.

Pets must be approved in advance. We charge a pet fee for up to 2 pets at all of our pet friendly locations. If there is evidence of any undisclosed pets in the home (pet friendly or non-pet friendly), you will be charged for cleaning + any additional damages.

If the property is left in an unusually dirty condition that requires deep cleaning beyond our standard turnover, an additional fee will be charged to cover the extra housekeeping costs.

Early check in and late check out for up to 2 hours is available per calendar availability, at an additional cost. This must be requested through your boarding pass, and we will approve / decline after reviewing our cleaning schedule.

Do not tamper with smoke detectors, security devices, or Wi-Fi equipment.

If personal items are left behind a fee of $25 + shipping costs will be charged back to you.
