Downtown Pensacola holds several amazing festivals throughout the year, including Pensacon (Feb/Mar), JazzFest (April), Crawfish Festival (Spring), Fiesta Celebration (June), Blues on the Bay Summer Concert Series & Movies in the Park, Greek Festival (October), Great Gulfcoast Arts Festival and Pensacola Seafood Festival (November), and Winterfest (December). The location is also super convenient to beautiful Pensacola Beach, where you can enjoy sugar-white sand and emerald waters and explore the shops and restaurants of Quietwater Beach boardwalk, all with frequent appearances by the Blue Angels!

There is also a private washer/dryer and hypoallergenic laundry pods for your convenience. Should you need to complete some work or school during your stay, there is an office space just off the main living area, which includes a WiFi color printer.
