Travel Purpose: business

Positive: We were traveling 8 people. Very friendly host, made no unnecessary disturbance, answered all the questions day and night, just perfect. Kitchen and rooms are fully stocked with necessities. Spacious kitchen. Neighborhood is quite and house territory feels private. Lots of private parking space. Villa feels both modern and authentic at the same time thanks to the modern design mixed with vintage furniture and old outside trees. Most rooms have AC. TV has HDMI connection. There is separate BBQ spot, and separate laundry room. Pool is quite big as well, separated by fence, which should be important for parents with kids. City center is reachable by foot.

Negative: We visited in march, and even though it was sunny during day time, it was very cold in house at night, had to use heaters that caused fuses to go down constantly. Inside fireplace did not work, so we could not use that. But if you are coming during warmer times, all should be fine. Just make sure to take rubber slippers for inhouse, as there is a minor and hopefully temporary problem that bathrooms keep leaking after showers and floors are cold. Also, some of the old furniture in rooms has funky smell, but that might go away eventually.

Summary: Nice place for group of friends to spend cozy time together next to the pool or BBQ.
