This waterfront lake house has everything you need for the perfect weekend getaway! Enjoy kayaking around the lake, watching DVDs on the couch, and grilling on the patio!

THE SPACE
The property is quiet and serene and right on the water, which makes the sunsets amazing! There are two cozy queen bedrooms, a comfy living room, an equipped kitchen, and a big patio. While you could easily spend your whole stay at the lake, there are fun things to do less than 30 minutes away! Enjoy trails at state parks or restaurants and shopping by Clemson!
Though the internet at the lake can be spotty and streaming can be difficult, there are many DVDs and books available for you to use! Please note that as of right now, there is no cable at the house.
There's a dock (and two kayaks) about 100 feet from the porch that you are welcome to use. Understand that the water levels change and it's been reported to be shallow at times. Depth in the front can be as low as 2 ft. Guests have enjoyed swimming out there and it's fine for pontoons or small aluminum boats; however, docking a a deep v or ski/wakeboard may not be possible.
NEIGHBORHOOD
Hartwell is quiet and serene; private and secluded— it's the perfect place to spend quality time with your friends and family. Or even just yourself!

Please remember to bring gas for the grill if you intend to grill out on the patio! And again, please be patient with the internet; it is the lake, afterall!
