Summary: Room was stale and old, super warm and AC didn’t seem to help, no windows, missing soap in the shower and the walls were super thin. Upstairs neighbors were slamming their feet all night long and calling the lobby didn’t help. Barely slept. Parking lot was always full, had to circle back multiple times and wait for other cars to leave. Overall I feel I could’ve stayed at a days inn for 1/5th of the price and had a similar experience. I’ll be traveling back and forth to the city more frequently and know I won’t be going back here. Staff were pleasant and patient, this is not an indictment of them at all, they were great.
