No carpet anywhere, only area rugs. The kitchen has all you need to cook up a storm including brand new Cuisinart stainless steel pots and pans, All-Clad non-stick pans and all new appliances.
Enjoy peace and tranquility in the private lanai or screen cage that backs to a privacy wall. New sod is being installed for the fur babies, well behaved pets are welcome!

This home is nicely situated just mins. south of Sumter Landing and between 2 popular entertainment venues, Spanish Springs and Brownwood Paddock Square where you can enjoy a multitude of restaurants and live bands every night.
The beautiful Mallory Hills Golf and Country Club is a few blocks away where you can golf and enjoy some delicious food while you take in the beautiful views of the golf course. They're very popular for their specialty food nights so go early! Also just a hop, skip and jump away is Havana Golf and Country Club and the closest Executive Golf Course would be Sarasota. They also have a driving range with golf pros and instructors.
This is our second vacation home. The Mallory Villager is a nearby 2/2 courtyard villa and has rave reviews so we're hoping this 3/2 single family home provides the same comfort levels and charm as our first. We spare no expense with top of the line linens and towels as well comfortable and very clean bedding, mattresses and pillows. We take special care in maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
