The space
The first impression that you get when driving up to the Ellison House is the quiet, flat and easy going street the house resides on. You should typically be able to park directly in front of the house however there is a driveway that is good for 1 car. If you arrive as the sun goes down, the string lights and censored lights should illuminate your welcome.
The Ellison House has 2 levels of living spaces. The upstairs and the downstairs studio. As our guest you will have access to the downstairs studio. Your entrance will be from the driveway and through the white gate. Once inside the gate you will see an outdoor space with a table and chairs. Closer to the picket fence you have 2 Adirondack chairs to relax and take in the view. Follow the sign to "Home Sweet Home" where you will see the front door to the studio. You will be given the code for this door. In the lobby you will have your own access to a washer and dryer. Once inside the studio you will see the kitchen. It is not a full kitchen however offers great space and amenities to cook more simple meals. There is also a full bathroom. Once you go through the kitchen you will see the open space of the living area. The living area includes a couch and 40 inch TV with Roku. The TV is set on guest mode so you can use your own login information and once your reservation is complete, your information is deleted. There is a table for 2 which can be used for dining or a work space. The living area includes a Queen bed with a 32 inch TV with Roku.
When the sun goes down you can enjoy the outdoor area for a meal or take in the view from the Adirondack chairs.
The Ellison Studio is perfect for working professionals, traveling nurses, and couples. We also include a queen size air mattress if needed.
All in all the Ellison Studio provides a comfortable, safe, and cozy space with all of the modern amenities that we all enjoy.

Guest access
Once you park in front of the house or in the driveway you will walk to the bottom of the driveway to the white gate. Please be careful as there is a bit of slope to the bottom of the driveway. It's rare but if its very cold the driveway may become icy and you need to be careful. You will be provided with the code for the padlock. There is a gate within your outdoor space with a padlock. That gate takes you to another backyard however that is saved for the guests upstairs.
Other things to note
The Ellison Studio is part of the Ellison House. If guests are staying upstairs you may hear them walking around. The Ellison Studio is a private space and the guests upstairs (if there are guests at the time) will not have access to your outdoor space. The washer and dryer is only for you so you will not be sharing anything with the potential guests upstairs.
Pet Fees:
The pet fee per pet is $40. For any additional pet there will be an additional $40 per pet.
** If there is excessive pet hair to clean such as dog hair on couches, beds, curtains etc, there will be a $50 additional cleaning fee. ***

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The damage waiver is $39 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights.
