Negative: Check in agent was unfriendly and unaccommodating Booking.com gives a 1hr period for check in timing As this is our first time here, we tried our best to keep to the timing We expect the agent to be there during the allocated time and was dismayed that he could not turn up in time even though we confirmed the check in time days earlier and reconfirmed 24 hours in advance We had to contact the host for assistance He did not even apologise and also blamed us that we needed to book an exact timing to the minute As we are not pilots, we cannot give an exact eta This was really a bad start to our stay Also we were disappointed that the beddings were not prepared for the sofa bed
