- This apartment is located in a very sensitive building where the rules must be followed at all times and the neighbors respected.
- No loud noises or music during the day and silence at night (starting 10pm).
- Parties, smoking and music speakers are strictly forbidden.
- Air conditioning or central heating not provided (portable heaters and fans provided)
- Due to its central location in the touristic area, you should expect some outside noise.
- This apartment requires a security deposit to be blocked on your credit card, which works as an insurance the rules will be respected and the apartment well taken care.

Extra Guests:
It’s not allowed to have more guests than the ones selected on your reservation. If there are more guests, an extra guest fee might be applied (25€ per person per night)- contact us for authorization and confirmation of the extra guest fee amount.
Security Deposit:
This apartment requires a security deposit of 300€ to be blocked on your credit card.
- You will receive an email 7 days before the check-in requesting you to associate a credit card so it can be blocked 2 days before your check-in.
- If the rules of the apartment are respected the security deposit will be automatically released up to 7 days after your check-out.
