Summary: We needed a place in Little Rock on very short notice, and needed flexibility on the duration. The owner was very accommodating, understanding, and responsive to our needs. The location could not have been better for us. It was quiet, even on New Years Eve. It's a lovely old house, with wood floors, high ceilings. The bed is very comfortable, with ample linens and towels. Off-street parking is very much appreciated. We scarcely heard the neighbors in the adjacent apartment (full-time tenants). There were some cleanliness issues when we first checked in (our short-notice arrival may have prevented the housekeeper from completing their task), but the owner made it right for us. I recommend this location and would stay here again.
