Ferragudo Grande Beach is 1000m long, has a blue flag car park, is very quiet and considered one of the best beaches for children in the Algarve. With several restaurants and beach cafes, we recommend the "A NAU" Restaurant and Bar and the Kalu Beach Bar. Average water temperature in summer: 22º / Winter: 15º
During summer there is an inflatable park where children can have fun and there are also Kayaks for hire.
Very close but in the opposite direction, about 9km away is also the village of Carvoeiro. With lots of charm and tourism, Carvoeiro is very lively and visited by tourists all year round.
If you like movement and nightlife, head to Praia da Rocha Beach (around 8 km away) where you will find plenty of entertainment, bars, restaurants and nightclubs.
