Close to resorts near Ocotillo Road , and across the road from the Azure Hot Springs Resort and Day Spa and amazing Palm Cafe.
Newly renovated home, with grassy backyard with private saltwater pool and spa. Lots of sun loungers, outdoor dining, bbq and fireplace make the fully fenced backyard just perfect! The home is on a hill, and gives you the most amazing mountain views of almost anywhere in the Valley. Lots of games to keep you entertained!
The space
2 huge bedrooms, all new beds. One room has a King, and the other room has 2 queens. Air mattresses available upon request, prior to check-in.
KItchen cabinets have been updated, and the garage is being converted into a great game room area!
110 V outlet in garage.
**Private saltwater pool**
POOL|SPA:
Pool: $100/daily fee (to include spa) to 82 degrees. (More heat is an additional fee)
Spa only: $35/daily to 102 degrees. (On demand only and must be turned off after use) Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. If you need the pool heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 24hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. Pool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to a problem with equipment.
Pool and spa can not be heated at the same time. If one is heating, the other one isn’t. Please notify us when you are finished with the spa so that we can keep the heat going in the pool. Pool fees subject to change due to gas prices rising and falling.
Payment can be made via Airbnb or another form of payment.
**Most of the year, heating is not needed except for the winter months upon request.
PETS:
We are pet friendly! Please let us know in advance, if you need any special accommodations. $200 pet deposit is required and if no additional pet cleaning left behind, $150 is refunded at time of check out and $50 goes towards pet's stay and $25 for each following pet thereafter at least 24 hours in advance prior to check in date.

And all claims, demands, actions, liability or costs,
Including attorneys' fees, which might arise out of my or
The Pool Area Users' use of the pool, even though such

Caused by the negligence of the Landlord.
a) has the effect of releasing, discharging, waiving, and
forever relinquishing any and all actions or causes of
action that I may have or have had, whether past,
present or future, whether known or unknown, and,
whether anticipated or unanticipated by me, arising
out of my or the Pool Users' use of the pool;
b) constitutes a complete release, discharge and waiver
of any and all actions or causes of action against
Landlord;
c) applies to personal injury, property damage, or
wrongful death which I and the Pool Area Users may
suffer, even if caused by the negligent acts or
omissions of others;
d) is an affirmative representation that I am assuming
full responsibility for any and all risk of death or
or personal injury or property damage suffered by me
and the Pool Users while utilizing the pool; and
e) is binding on me, my spouse, my heirs, my personal
representatives, my assigns, my children and any
Guardian ad litem for said children.
I. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
I acknowledge that by using the pool I have read this
Waiver & Release and that I understand the words and
language in it. I further understand that this waiver &
Release is intended to be broad and inclusive and
Governed by the laws of the state of California, and i
agree that if any portion is held invalid, the remainder
of the Waiver & Release will continue in full legal force
and effect. I further agree that the venue for any legal
proceedings shall be in the county of Los Angeles, State
of California.

the pool, the warning of risks, assumption of risk and
