Summary: The staff was minimally friendly at best. Because the room was spacious, clean and the bed comfortable, I could overlook the cig burns in the sheets and spread and the absence of a coffee pot, but I drew the line when there was no hot water available for showering. When I mentioned this to the front desk, she contradicted me and said “you just have to wait for it.” It never warmed up during my cold shower and other guests reported the same experience. There was also no coffee available at the front lobby, in fact guests were no allowed access except through the glass window approachable from the exterior only perhaps for safety reasons because the location is indeed sketchy. I would say “you get what you pay for,” but not in this case. Due to the lack of caring for the guests basic needs, we will certainly not be returning. Fortunately we only had to stay there for one night and we were only at this sub par motel because someone else traveling in our group booked the room. All being said, it was quiet and there were no safety issues while we were there.

Summary: Actual room was not as pictured in the ad/online showing of the room. The pavement/parking lot was horrible. No bathtub stopper, drain was rusted and I can go on and on. This is the second time I received this request to rate.

Summary: No hangers, no facial tissue, dingy towels, drawers missing handles, spillage dripping down drawers, caked ice in refrigerator, filthy sofa, horrible parking lot/cracked and uneven entrance, curtains missing hooks, door had to be slammed to go in and out.
This place should not be on Travelocity’s list. Photo ad is very deceptive.

Summary: Overall the room was ok other than people walking up and down the stairs stomping all day and every night. The Internet service was awful, very poor connection, and never would connect
