The Douro Luxury Farmhouse is an exceptional property renovated fro the 19th Century with tonnes to offer. Surrounded by stunning countryside, this modern retreat boasts a huge swimming pool, extensive grounds, breath-taking views of the valley and state-of-the-art interiors. Grassy lawns lead from the private 9 hectare oak forest complete with a quaint creek up to the house's pretty facade. Nestled in the grassy lawn is the stunning pool-house, which has sliding doors onto the outside and skylights in the ceiling, making you feel las though you are truly at one with nature. A terraced outdoor seating area and balcony are just two of many secluded spots to enjoy a morning coffee or afternoon glass of wine from. There is also a unique outdoor firepit with an open-air fire and benches for the nights where there is a slight bite in the air. There are multiple outdoor dining spaces and daybeds located around the swimming pool, meaning there is always a chill area for the whole party.
The converted farmhouse itself has blue and white exterior walls, with large windows and pretty red-tiled roof. With three impressive master suites and four further bedrooms, the Douro Luxury Farmhouse comfortably sleeps fourteen. Spread over three floors, the inside of the farmhouse has been designed with your comfort in mind with air-conditioning and wifi throughout.
