This property greets you with a beautiful sense of well being as soon as you enter the front door, and look out across the lovely open plan living area through the patio doors across to the pool, the best way to start your holiday!
You'll find ample seating in the living area, with an adjoining dining space all set beside patio doors and large windows letting you enjoy the sunshine whilst relaxing indoors. To the rear of the villa is a large, fully fitted modern kitchen.
There's a TV with all the UK channels available, as well as high-speed fibre internet throughout the whole villa.
The ground floor has two well-appointed suites, one to the front of the villa and one to the rear, both with direct access to the patio area and gardens/pool area.
There is also a guest w/c to complete the ground floor.
Upstairs are two further suites, both with private balconies. The master sits on the rear of the house and has lovely views across the countryside and over the pool area.
Outside you have a stunning space, with a large covered terrace area, with an awning covering the central seating area incase the sun is too much. Artificial grass keeps the area looking pristine and is also great for the kids to play on, a large swimming pool (with optional kid safety fence) and a brick BBQ area. The perfect area to really enjoy the Algarve sunshine and relax before heading out and enjoying one of the many excellent restaurants nearby.
