Nice apartment with 2 bed rooms and a private terrace. It is located in a nice traditional Ericeira feeling.
Still, modernity is not far away with stores, restaurants, surf schools, but also beach, children park and fantastic views.
We have washing machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave, coffee machine and hair dryer, wifi for internet.
Important note regarding Municipal Taxes: 2.20 Euros payment is for first 7 nights in high season 31March to 31October. For the remaining year it is 1.10 euro. Children younger than 13 years old do not pay.
