Positive: I stayed in studio No5. Comfortabel bed , facilities, nice terrace , plenty of space to relax in the common area, very well maintained, friendly tenant and good atmosphere.

Negative: Noisy on the road side, hopefully there is plenty of space in the backyard and it is bearable when the door is clossed. There is a locked door between the studio and the corridor where all noise from the common areas comes through. This is very annoying when you need to sleep. A wall would be much better for noise insulation or at least to make it air tight and soundproofed.
