This is a spacious, newly renovated luxury condo that features a great view of the 16th green on the Willard Byrd course and is 5 minutes from the beach. The unit has been beautifully updated with new flooring , furnishings , lighting , appliances, bedding , artwork, window treatments and decor. The main villa features a bedroom with a king size bed , smart tv with Roku , new dresser and nightstands and a full tile bath with tub/shower combo. The full service kitchen has quartz countertops, mirrored tile backsplash, new stainless steel stove , refrigerator and microwave and is fully equipped. The dining area has new table seating for 4 and bar seating for 4. The living room features new sofa, love seat, bench , accent tables , a 55” smart tv and sliding glass doors to a furnished screen porch. High speed internet is provided.
The adjoining mini suite features 2 queen size beds , a kitchenette with quartz countertops , a full size refrigerator , mini microwave , new seating area , smart tv with Roku and full tile bath with tub/shower combo.
